Registration & Account

Click the "Register" button at the top of the website, fill out the registration form with your full name, email, phone number and password. Verify your phone number via the OTP code sent. Complete the KYC process by uploading a photo of your IC or passport. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at meega. The KYC verification process ensures all members meet this minimum age requirement. The identification documents you provide will be reviewed to verify your date of birth.

You need to upload a copy of your valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport. Ensure all details are clearly visible including name, IC number, date of birth and photo. The verification process is usually completed within 24 hours. If the documents are unclear or incomplete, our team will contact you to request a new copy.

No, each user is only allowed to have one account. Opening multiple accounts violates our terms and conditions and may result in suspension of all accounts as well as forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. Our system automatically detects and blocks duplicate registration attempts using the same information.

Log in to your account, go to Settings, select "Security" and click "Change Password". Enter your current password, then enter your new password and confirm. We recommend using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols for better security. Change your password regularly for additional protection.

Deposits & Withdrawal

meega supports various payment methods including online banking (FPX), e-wallets like Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed with SSL encryption technology for maximum security. Choose the most convenient method for you from the Deposit section in your account.

The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by chosen method – FPX up to RM 30,000 per transaction, e-wallets up to RM 10,000, and credit cards up to RM 50,000. VIP members have access to higher limits. Contact the support team for more information about your personal limits.

Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are usually credited instantly within less than 5 minutes. Deposits via credit/debit cards may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit does not arrive within the expected time, please check your transaction history or contact customer support with your transaction reference number for immediate assistance.

Go to the "Withdrawal" section in your account, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select your registered bank account. Make sure the bank account name matches the name on your meega account. Minimum withdrawal is RM 50. You must complete the rollover requirements for any active bonuses before making a withdrawal. Your account must also be verified through KYC.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. Once approved, funds will be transferred to your bank account within 1-3 business days depending on your bank. VIP members enjoy faster processing priority. For large withdrawals exceeding RM 100,000, processing time may be extended for additional security verification.

meega does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees. Bonuses & Promotions

New members are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus up to RM 888 on their first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM 500, you will receive an additional RM 500 bonus, bringing your total to RM 1,000 to play with. This bonus is subject to a 15x rollover requirement before withdrawal. Click the "Claim Bonus" button when making your deposit to activate this offer.

Rollover is the total amount of wagers you need to make before you can withdraw the bonus and winnings from that bonus. Example: If you receive a RM 200 bonus with 15x rollover, you need to make bets totaling RM 3,000 (200 × 15) before the funds can be withdrawn. You can check your current rollover balance anytime in the "Active Bonuses" section of your account.

Yes, you can cancel an active bonus at any time through the "Active Bonuses" section in your account. However, when a bonus is cancelled, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposit balance will remain in the account. Make sure you understand the terms before cancelling any bonus.
